Shipping Payments Returns Your Privacy Disclaimer •Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. At order checkout you will have different shipping methods available for these services depending on the location of the delivery.
• Postal boxes, army bases, and international orders must ship USPS only.
• Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.

• We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. It is sole discretion of your driver whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include with your order.
• UPS and USPS do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
• A $10 fee will be assessed for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered; If provided with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error (e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number), the $10 fee will be assessed.
Credit and Debit Cards • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
• To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code (The three digit number on the back of your card).
• Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder’s billing address. Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.
• We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit card.
Paypal Payments By using your Paypal account or signing up for one during order, you can pay directly through their services while still finishing your order on our site.
Google Checkout Just like Paypal, you can use your “Google Checkout” account or sign up for one during your order and pay with their services. However with this service you complete the order on the Google Checkout website. There is no drawback doing this for either party, it’s just a matter of preference.
• All issues and concerns regarding orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
• Returns are only allowed on unopened products and can take up to a week to credit your account after receiving.
• You may ship the products back with by any carrier or method that you choose, however you must obtain and provide us with a Tracking Number from the carrier so we can track the package and not lose it in transit.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit back to our facility. Please protect yourself by shipping the product with insurance.
• You are responsible to pay for shipping the product back to our facilities and you will not be refunded for any shipping charges that you incurred in the order process.
• Items returned that are opened or have evidence of being tampered with will not be refunded or shipped back to you. Note in this event that we claim further ownership of these items which are now considered scrap or unusable product.
• Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
• 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Any damaged product must be received by Stronger Nutrition before an account is credited or another product is re-shipped.
