Good bang for the buck with a suprisingly good flavor. It is very hard to mix, so I recommend using a blender to dissolve. I usually mix with fruit and ice to make a protien smoothie.

CNP professional 100% whey protein was an average protien, the taste wasnt very good, but it did mix well.
