Met-rx big one hundred has a good cookie dough flavor with lots of protein. Met-rex big 100 gives you some energy and strength. It helps when your not working out, has good flavor very chewy, lots of protein, and adds more muscle and strength for bodybuilding. Need to exercise and have a healthy diet to work the best.
