How much caffeine is in ENDORUSH®?
Unfortunately, we cannot release the exact caffeine content in ENDORUSH®, owing to the fact that it’s part of one of the proprietary blends in the ENDORUSH® formula, specifically the Ener-Tropic Rush™ blend. Can I mix ENDORUSH® with alcohol, as I would with other energy drinks?
No. We strongly advise that ENDORUSH® should not in any, way, shape or form be mixed with alcohol. It’s important to understand that ENDORUSH® is not solely a caffeine-based energy drink in the traditional sense of the term. It’s an ultra-premium energy and performance support beverage with a host of energizing, performance-mediating and focus enhancing ingredients, well above and beyond caffeine. It’s also important to realize that alcohol functions as a vasodilator, relaxing the blood vessels in the body, which may act to lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels. ENDORUSH® contains a proprietary blend called NOX Fusion™, which contains a combination of vasodilators, including L-Arginine Alpha-Keto-Glutarate (AKG). L-Arginine AKG and some of the other amino acid vasodilators work to expand (dilate) the blood vessels, which may lead to a slight decrease in blood pressure. By combining ENDORUSH® with alcohol, you may substantially decrease blood pressure to an unhealthy level. We strongly advise against it.

With ENDORUSH®, you will benefit from the same formulation base that is found in N.O.-XPLODE™, which works to increase blood flow, energy level, performance, mental focus, alertness, hydration and electrolyte replenishment. That said though, there are 3 major differences between the products; (1) ENDORUSH® is an ultra-premium energy and performance support beverage, available in a convenient ready-to-drink (RTD) form, whereas N.O.-XPLODE™ is available in powder form that you mix with water. I see that some TEAM BSN athletes combine N.O.-XPLODE™ and ENDORUSH® together. Can I do this and if so, how much of each?
Yes, some Team BSN athletes do combine N.O.-XPLODE™ and ENDORUSH®, however that doesn’t necessarily mean that you should. Each 4 ounce serving of ENDORUSH® is roughly equivalent to approximately 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE™, minus the Muscle Volumizing Creatine Matrix. The maximum number of N.O.-XPLODE™ scoops per day is 3. Depending on someone’s tolerance to both products, an individual could theoretically use 4 ounces of ENDORUSH® and 2 scoops of N.O.-XPLODE™ or 8 ounces of ENDORUSH® and 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE™ in a given day; essentially giving this person the equivalent of 3 scoops of N.O.-XPLODE™. Team BSN athletes who mix the two products together, generally start with 4 ounces of ENDORUSH® and 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE™, as this combination yields more than enough energy, focus, strength, stamina, pumps and performance. Be advised though that this is a very advanced practice and should not be attempted by novice, or even intermediate trainers. Please be sure to absolutely assess individual tolerance and sensitivity to both products. We strongly suggest using one product at a time, separately and at different times, rather than combining them.
RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement, always shake well before use and begin by consuming 1/4 bottle (approx. 4 oz) or less. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance.
