Recommended Use To Assess Your Tolerance: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 stick pack or less of N.O.-XPLODE NT mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after another 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again. Do Not Consume More Than 2 Stick Packs Within A 24 Hour Period. Recommended Use On Training Days: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 stick pack or less with 4-6 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 4-6 oz of water per 1 stick pack or less of powder. If appropriate, after 2 hours consume an additional 1 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake). Non-Training Days: If desired, mix 1 stick pack or less (depending on your tolerance) with 4-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach. For maximum results consume 120 oz water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of N.O.-XPLODE NT. Many may notice energy, focus, and muscle-volumizing effects within 15-20 minutes of ingestion. These effects tend to become more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. Others may begin noticing effects within 30-45 minutes of ingestion, again the effects becoming more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. N.O.-XPLODE NT induces its maximum effects 1-5 hours after ingestion. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

this stuff is crap. It did absolutely nothing at all! I will be taking the unused bottles back and demanding a refund. Do not, repeat, do not waste your money!

Wow, No Xplode NT is amazing. BSN has totally revamped no-xplode and have come up with an extreme formula. Just like no xplode, no xplode nt is a pr-workout and performance enhancer. N.O. Xplode NT is so conveniently packaged that it is now easy for me to throw a few packets in my gym bag, and just pour in my bottle water. I have experienced amazing energy and mental focus. The pumps were even more intense then the pumps i've experienced with the regular no xplode. My muscle power and strength increased as well as fullness and density in my muscles. Be careful to take the directed dosage and nothing more, no xplode nt is way stronger then the regular...don't make the same mistake I did, you will not feel good.
