ONGlutamine Powder was a great buy. It had so many benefits when used with optimum nutrition's whey protein. I feel so good when used before my workouts. There wasn't real side effects either, great product!

this is the first time ive taken a gutamine supplement. it definitely helped with muscle recuperation. optimum nutrition glutamine powder work best post-workout & i took it with ON 100% whey protrein.
