Sodium R-Lipoate (Na-r-ALA)
This compound is naturally produced in our bodies, and is important to aerobi metabolism. It has been shown to help increase glucose uptake in cells, resulting in stored energy for those energy boosts. ALA also aids in increasing muscle glycogen levels, allowing for better results from your workouts.
In a nutshell, ALA acts as a filter for your muscles, only taking in what they need to grow, and not allowing any of the junk to filter in, which might prevent that.
Trigonella Seed isolate:
Trigonella has been successfully used in alternative medicine for millennium to improve overall health. It aids in the correction of blood sugar problems and also helps to eliminate bad cholesterol. It has also been through that Trigonella may may help decrease fat accumulation, which is caused by its ability to help the body more efficiently use fatty acids as an energy source. It has also been shown that athletes which use Trigonella after their rigorous workouts, have a higher level of glycogen synthesis going on and are able to recover more rapidly than those athletes who didn't. Cinnamon Bark 20:1 extract:
