Perfect Isopure protein mixes great, with little taste, so its great when mixed with water, milk, even pancake batter...and the good thing is, no carbs! High protein ration for what you are paying, which i like. My only complaint is that if you let the mixture sit for awhile, it starts to harden like super glue, and its a pain to clean up. So I suggest to shake or stir every hout to avoid the messy clean up.
