This was a great tasting shake. The mixture of chocolate and coconut was YUMMY! BSN Lean Dessert is very low in calories, fat and, carbohydrates. It was a good way for me to curb my hunger. I was able to lose some weight by substituting this shake from of my other not so healthy snacks that was hindering me from losing weight. The only downfall was BSN only offers one size container, which is pretty small so i usuually order 2-3 at a time.

Lean Dessert tastes Unbelievable! it's the tastiest protein shake I've ever had. It's actually very addicting. But thats not a bad thing considering the amounts of protein that are in this amazing supplement.
