I've lost about 50 pounds using this product (over the span of a year). It'll keep you full for at least 2-3 hours. Vanilla raspberry is my favorite flavor, chocolate is a close second. I didn't enjoy the vanilla or banana at all. This is best made with a Blender Bottle, anything else will leave it clumpy. Good luck!
