met-rx metamyosyn meal replacement shakes are low in carbs with 46g. of protein per serving. I am hooked to these shakes, I have lost 15 lbs. in just 6 short weeks. Because of the casseinate formula, it is very hard to mix with just a spoon, but it mixes well in my shaker bottle. Met-rx metamyosyn taste great, i've tried all the flavors and my favorite has to be milk chocolate.
