MyoFusion, another excellent product from Gaspari Nutrition, combines egg extract with whey to give body builders a highly available rate of protein absorbance. This product contains no sugar or aspartame. It does contain GaspariZyme Complex which has been finely tuned to increase amino acids and to transport them at a higher rate into the body. Amino acids are considered protein building blocks and are vital to the metabolism functioning and to life itself. They are comprised of hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon and oxygen. Professional body builders have long recognized the need for the quickly absorbable, high quality form of proteins as found in Gaspari’s Myofusion. This formulation combines concentrated amount of protein isolates to create the ultimate high protein supplement.
Egg albumen is used in the production of MyoFusion due to its high protein content. This is basically the white part of an egg and contains 15 percent protein. This part of the egg also contains almost no fat whatsoever, which makes it a very desirable protein product for serious body builders. whey protein is created from milk; however most of the fat has already been used in other products. It is a highly absorbable form of protein and contains almost no casein which is the product that is most likely to cause milk allergies. Whey protein isolates help to make up six minor fractions of protein and four major ones. It is generally a mixture of at least three globular proteins.
