I just love IDS New Whey protein drinks. I take a couple with me everywhere, when i'm golfing, biking, or doing any other outdoor activity. These little drinks don't need to be refridgerated so I keep a few in my car. They are conveniently packaged in little vials so they are easy to pack and take down. I am no longer dead tired or hungry after 18 holes of golf. IDS new whey gives me so much energy.
