For a fast meal-on-the-go, use this ready-to-drink protein shake. Shake it up and drink it slowly because you'll swear that it's a real milkshake and since I am a chocoholic, I get sad when the shake is empty. It's that good.

No joke, these protien drinks taste like a real milkshake and they are actually good for you. Oh Yeah makes the best protein drinks. I have about 2-3 a day. These little drinks are really good for people on the go, like myself. Now its easy to get my protein intake whenever, wherever.
