WOW! I'm so glad i found this protein powder. It's packed with 22g of protein and only 1.5g of fat. This helped me lose weight and keep my muscle.

I've Absolutely loved Elite Dymatized Whey protein. It taste great, mixes well, and is very effective. Its packed with tons of BCAA's and Glutamine. I definitely won't ever go back to any other protein powders!
