eNOXIDE Fastsorb tablets are designed to be dissolved under your tongue. Ten minutes before your workout, place eNOXIDE Fastsorb tablet(s) under your tongue and let dissolved completely, then swallow. eNOXIDE should be dosed according to your body weight. Dosage: Body weight under 200 lbs. take 1 tablets. Bodyweight over 200 lbs. take 1 to 2 tablet(s). For healthy adults only. Do not exceed your recommended tablet dosage in a 12-hour period. Do not take more than 5 days per week. Do not take for more than 8 consecutive weeks. Maintain a level of good hydration while taking eNOXIDE.
