I work out Monday through Friday Starting with chest on Monday and ending with legs on Friday. I am wondering if i should take the whole weekend off like ive been doing or just take Saturday off and Start again on Sunday since i ended up with legs on Friday and gave my arms a break? Any help is much appreciated!

i do monday through friday and take the weekend off. helps me from gitting burnt out plus i like my weekends to stay weekends.

ya thats what I do to but I just hate not going to the gym, I start getting edgy after a day or so, so by Monday Im ready to snap at anything.

I do cardio when I am not lifting. Don't do more than 30 minutes if you are trying to bulk up though . I am trying to lose fat, so any calorie you can burn is a good calorie wasted.

Why not have a rest day on wed or thurs and space it out so your using the whole week and just havin one rest day at a time??
