This seems to be the my biggest issue with my diet. I've been eating protein bars and drinking tons of water throughout the day, but for my lunch I usually eat 2 cups of rice or a sweet potatoe, tuna, and a banana. This seems to be my only option seeing that i have no way of cooking a thing of steak or chicken. I eat pretty decent in the morning, after work, and after the gym. Any suggestions on anything else i can bring for lunch?

Im pretty lucky. My work provide me us with a full kitchen with a microwave. Im allowed to eat whenever even while at my desk. I also have an hour lunch. i usually pre-cook chicken and heat it up in the micro. But it seems like you dont have a lot of options. why dont you try eating a really good breakfast and maybe take some cold pe cookd chicken.

We have a full kitchen in the office here at my workand I can eat as often as I like while at my desk. I get an hour for lunch too. Mainly, I'll precook some chicken breast at home and just reheat at work. I also cook some hardboiled eggs at home and bring them to work. Anything else I need I go to our cafeteria and get.
