Pulled my muscle...
from:

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I pulled a muscle about two weeks ago, while doing my regular mornng run. I stretched it out right after and even soaked in a warm bath, thinking that it might make it feel better. I layed low for a week and tried not to put to much stresss on it. Last weekend i ran a few miles in the morning and it happened again. My legs still feel pretty tight still today. Am i not giving it enough time to heal? If so is there any cardio that i can be doing while it is healing, i would hate to stop on the routine started. Thanks!

Lunch Break

This seems to be the my biggest issue with my diet. I've been eating protein bars and drinking tons of water throughout the day, but for my lunch I usually eat 2 cups of rice or a sweet potatoe, tuna, and a banana. This seems to be my only option seeing that i have no way of cooking a thing of steak or chicken. I eat pretty decent in the morning, after work, and after the gym. Any suggestions on anything else i can bring for lunch?
