I have been ordering my supplements from various different online stores for years now and what always makes me leave is a lack of customer service. I am always disheartened by what companies call customer service. Let's face it, most sites offer great supplements, great prices but I found Stronger Nutrition to have customer service that is beyond anything I have experienced. When I had a product delivered that was the wrong flavor, I sent an email and expected to wait and wait and wait for an answer as I have in the past. To my shock, I not only received a call the same evening but the owner of Stronger Nutrition called me and was sincerely apologetic about the mix up. I was stunned! I never had an owner call regarding a botched delivery. The correct flavor was delivered to my house the very next day!!! Yes, stronger nutrition has a great selection of supplements and other products plus great prices but the way I was treated as a customer made me feel like I was part of a family. I am 54 years old, have owned businesses and I can tell you that many companies can learn from this in how to treat and maintain customer loyalty. The simple gesture that was made to me has made me a customer for life, I will let all my fellow workout nuts at the gym where I workout know about stronger nutrition as well as I will recommend the site to all my current and future clients in my new nutrition business.

Absolutely amazing service. This was my first order and to be honest, I was a little skeptical. I had been shopping at a local GNC, and didn't realize how ridiculously inflated their prices are. Anywho I decided to check the internet and see if i could find a better deal. I happened to stumble across your site, and at first thought it was bull considering how awesome the prices were, but after a little research, I thought I'd give it a shot. I placed my order and decided to use ground shipping (I had ordered a 15lb bag of mutant mass and anything better than ground had a high price.) So of course i was thinking it would talk 5-12 days to get here, but lo and behold it got here in three.
